Altura Collective is a luxury architectural design studio based in Miami, Florida, with international operations. We provide interior design, spatial planning, and related creative services to residential and commercial clients.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design concepts, photographs, page layouts, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Altura Collective Holdings, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Altura Method™ is a trademark of Altura Collective Holdings, LLC. The Altura Collective name, logo, arch mark, and all associated branding elements are proprietary and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.
Design concepts, renderings, mood boards, floor plans, and other creative deliverables shared during the proposal or project process remain the intellectual property of Altura Collective until full payment has been received and ownership is explicitly transferred through a signed agreement.
Our design services are governed by individual client agreements executed separately from these Terms. These Terms govern your use of our website only. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and scope of work are outlined in individual proposals and contracts provided to each client.
Spatial Planning reviews and Virtual Design consultations are consulting engagements. All consulting fees are non-refundable once a session has been booked and confirmed. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance with a $75 rebooking fee, subject to availability. Sessions must be rescheduled within two weeks of the original appointment. The value of a consulting engagement is in the expert analysis provided, regardless of the nature or quantity of findings.
If you have any concerns regarding charges associated with your engagement with Altura Collective, we ask that you contact us directly at ✉ info@alturamethod.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns promptly and in good faith. In the event a payment dispute or chargeback is filed without first contacting Altura Collective, and the dispute is resolved in our favor, you agree to reimburse Altura Collective for any fees, administrative costs, or processing charges incurred as a result of the dispute, up to a maximum of $150. Altura Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to The Atelier, project materials, or future services for any client with an unresolved payment dispute.
By subscribing to Dispatches from Agent L or any other Altura Collective communication, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by visiting our unsubscribe page. We process newsletter subscriptions in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.) and GDPR (EU).
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Altura Collective. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Altura Collective Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altura Collective Holdings, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. EU residents retain the right to bring claims in their local courts as provided by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
